The Bangladesh Army requires a comprehensive digital modernization of our official web presence to reflect our land force strength, operational readiness, and commitment to national security. We need a modern, secure, and fully accessible platform that serves both public information dissemination and internal military operations. The system must include: a public-facing website with army news, operational updates, infantry and armored corps showcase, UN peacekeeping missions history, gallantry awards, and career/recruitment portal with online application and medical tracking; a secure officer login area for classified communications, operational briefings, and document access; a soldier enrollment, training progress, and deployment tracking system; photo and video galleries of field exercises, parades, and humanitarian operations; and integration with our existing army command and logistics systems. The platform must comply with Bangladesh government defense cybersecurity standards, be fully bilingual (Bengali and English), and meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. We require 99.95% uptime SLA, dedicated hosting within Bangladesh with disaster recovery, and mobile responsiveness for field officer access.
