Grameenphone, the largest mobile network operator in Bangladesh with over 80 million subscribers, requires a complete digital ecosystem overhaul to maintain market leadership against Robi Axiata and Banglalink. We need a cutting-edge, high-performance web platform that handles millions of daily visitors and integrates seamlessly with our existing telecom infrastructure. The system must include: a corporate website with company profile, sustainability reports, press releases, investor relations, and governance information; a MyGP web portal allowing subscribers to check balance, purchase data packs, recharge, manage accounts, and view usage analytics without downloading the app; an enterprise solutions hub for B2B customers featuring IoT solutions, cloud services, M2M connectivity, and corporate tariff plans; an interactive 4G/5G network coverage map with real-time tower status and speed test integration; a customer self-care portal with ticket raising, complaint tracking, and live chat support; a device shop with EMI calculator, trade-in program, and delivery tracking; and a developer portal with API documentation for third-party integrations. The platform must handle 500,000+ concurrent users, achieve sub-2-second page load times, be fully bilingual (Bengali and English), and comply with BTRC (Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission) guidelines. We require 99.999% uptime SLA, CDN integration for nationwide content delivery, and real-time integration with our billing and CRM systems (Oracle BRM and Salesforce).
