The Bangladesh Navy requires a comprehensive digital transformation of our official web presence to reflect our maritime strength and naval excellence. We need a modern, secure, and fully accessible website that serves both public information and internal naval operations. The platform must include: a public-facing website with naval news, fleet showcase (frigates, submarines, patrol crafts), naval history, maritime operations, and career/recruitment portal; a secure officer login area for classified communications, voyage planning, and document access; a sailor enrollment and training tracking system; photo and video galleries of naval exercises, fleet reviews, and humanitarian missions; and integration with our existing naval command and control systems. The site must comply with Bangladesh government and international maritime cybersecurity standards, be fully bilingual (Bengali and English), and include accessibility features for persons with disabilities. We require 99.95% uptime SLA, dedicated hosting within Bangladesh, and disaster recovery capabilities.
