The Bangladesh Police requires a comprehensive digital modernization of our official web presence to enhance public service delivery, transparency, and community policing. We need a modern, secure, and fully accessible platform that serves citizens, police personnel, and administrative operations. The system must include: a public-facing website with police news, safety awareness campaigns, traffic updates, wanted persons alerts, and community outreach programs; an online crime reporting portal where citizens can file complaints, track case status, and receive updates via SMS/email; an online General Diary (GD) filing system for non-cognizable offenses; a police station locator with real-time duty officer contact information; an officer directory with search and verification capabilities; a career/recruitment portal with online application, physical test scheduling, and merit list publication; and a secure internal portal for police personnel with duty rosters, leave management, and internal communications. The platform must comply with Bangladesh government cybersecurity standards, be fully bilingual (Bengali and English), and meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. We require 99.9% uptime SLA, dedicated hosting within Bangladesh, and integration with existing criminal database systems (CCTNS).
